There are 3 types of machine learning:
  1. Supervised Learning: This is a type of machine learning where we feed information to the software to help it learn. This is used in predicting real estate prices, determining the risk factors of a disease, verifying a bank transaction, and predicting the viability of a machine part.
  2. Unsupervised Learning: This is a type of machine learning where the machine learns to recognize the less obvious patterns within data. This is used by companies to predict customers buying the same styled handbags or garments, create groups based on purchase history, and analyze and group the inventory according to sale or manufacturing metrics.
  3. Reinforcement Learning: In this type of machine learning, the machine needs to be trained to take certain actions and maximize rewards. This is used to teach cars to park automatically and used to build games.

As this is a purely online training program, you can choose to spend as much time as you want per day and the more time you spend, sooner you would be able to complete the training. However, on an average, spending 1-2 hours per day should be sufficient for you to complete the training in 8 weeks. Some students also choose to devote more time on the weekends in case they are not able to give time on the weekdays.
